PLEASE HELP US FIND THIS WONDERFUL MARE
Sophie is a 1999 AQHA Red Dun (actually looks more sorrel) mare. From what I've been told someone took her to an auction in October 2008 and sold her as a grade mare for $125. I don't know if this accurate, but it's all I've got to go on. I contacted Patti at the sale yard in Hermiston and she could find no records of her being sold there. I just want to make sure that she is in a good home and being taken care of.
Sophie injured her shoulder/leg a few years ago and will sometimes limp. It gets worse in the winter as the cold really makes her stiff. She is great for light riding but can't handle anything strenuous.
